Team Management

Invite team members, assign roles, and manage access permissions to collaborate effectively on your hiring process.

Overview

Hifinity supports collaborative hiring with role-based access control. Invite your HR team, hiring managers, and interviewers to work together while maintaining appropriate access levels for each team member.

User Roles

Each team member is assigned a role that determines their permissions:

Owner

Full Access
  • • Full access to all features and settings
  • • Manage team members and roles
  • • Access billing and subscription settings
  • • Cannot be removed (account creator)

Administrator

Management Access
  • • Manage users and team members
  • • Create and manage interviews
  • • View all candidates and reports
  • • Configure company settings

Interviewer

Interview Access
  • • Conduct and manage interviews
  • • Send interviews to candidates
  • • View assigned candidates
  • • Cannot manage settings or users

Viewer

Read-Only Access
  • • View candidates and reports only
  • • View reports and analytics
  • • Cannot make changes or send interviews
  • • Ideal for executives needing visibility

Inviting Team Members

Invite new team members to your Hifinity account:

  1. 1.

    Go to Settings → Team

    Navigate to the Team section in your Settings

  2. 2.

    Click "Invite User"

    Open the invitation dialog

  3. 3.

    Enter Email Address

    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

  4. 4.

    Select Role

    Choose the appropriate role for the new team member

  5. 5.

    Send Invitation

    The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your team

Managing Team Members

View and manage your team from the Team settings page:
