From Applications
Click on any candidate's name in the applications list to open their full profile.
From Candidates Database
Navigate to Candidates → All Candidates to search and filter your complete candidate database.
From Interview Results
Access profiles directly from interview evaluation pages to review complete candidate context.

Editing Candidate Information
You can edit candidate information by clicking the "Edit" button when viewing a candidate profile. The edit panel allows you to update basic and professional information.
Basic Information
- •Full Name (required) - The candidate's complete name
- •Email (required) - Primary contact email address
- •Phone - Contact phone number
Professional Information
- •LinkedIn Profile - URL to the candidate's LinkedIn page
- •Resume - Upload a new resume (PDF or Word, max 5MB) or provide a URL. Previous resumes are preserved.
- •Status - Candidate status: Invited, Active, Inactive, or Completed
Additional Information
- •Notes - Internal notes about the candidate (visible only to your team)
Tip: When uploading a new resume, previous resumes are kept in the candidate's profile. You can view all uploaded resumes in the "Resumes" section.
