Get started with Hifinity in just minutes. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to start hiring with our AI-powered ATS.

Sign Up and Complete Your Profile

Start by creating your Hifinity account and setting up your company profile:

  • Visit hifinity.ai/signup and create your account
  • Enter your company name, email, and create a secure password
  • Verify your email address through the confirmation link

Create Your First Job & Configure AI Interview

Once logged in, you'll be taken to your Business Portal dashboard. Create your first job posting:

Basic Job Information

  • Navigate to Jobs from the left sidebar menu
  • Click the "Create Job" button in the top right corner
  • Fill in job details: title, department, location, and employment type
  • Add a compelling job description and requirements
  • Choose whether to make the job public (visible on careers page)

Configure AI Interview Template

AI interview questions are automatically generated based on your job description. Configure the interview settings:

  • Select interview duration: Short (10-15 min), Medium (20-25 min), or Long (30-40 min)
  • Choose focus areas: Technical, Behavioral, or Mixed
  • Set the difficulty level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Select interview format: Video or Audio-only

Pro Tip

The AI analyzes your job description to generate relevant questions automatically. For best results, include specific technical skills, required experience, and key responsibilities in your job description.

Add Candidates & Send Interviews

Now that your job and interview are ready, start adding candidates and sending interview invitations:

  • Navigate to the Candidates page
  • Click "Add Candidate" and enter their name, email, and upload resume (optional)
  • Select the candidate(s) and click "Send Interview"
  • Choose the job you created (the AI interview template is automatically selected)
  • Candidates receive an email with their unique interview link

Pro Tip

You can upload resume! The AI will automatically parse and extract candidate information, saving you time on data entry. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX.

Review AI-Powered Results

After candidates complete their interviews, review the AI-generated evaluations:

  • Navigate to Interviews page to see all completed interviews
  • Click on any interview to view detailed AI evaluation
  • Review video recordings, transcripts, and AI analysis for each question
  • Check the overall score and hiring recommendation
  • Update application status and make hiring decisions

Pro Tip

Compare candidates side-by-side using the comparison feature! Select multiple interviews and click "Compare" to see scores, strengths, and weaknesses across candidates for better hiring decisions.
