Overview
Hifinity provides comprehensive tracking capabilities to help you stay informed about each candidate's journey through your hiring pipeline. From the moment a candidate is added to when they're hired, every action and status change is recorded and easily accessible.
Candidate Status Timeline
Each candidate profile includes a detailed timeline showing all activities and status changes:
Candidate Added
When the candidate was first added to the system, either through application or manual entry
Interview Invitation Sent
When interview links were sent to the candidate via email
Interview In Progress
When the candidate started their interview session
Interview Completed
When the candidate finished their interview and AI evaluation is available

Viewing Candidate Details
Click on any candidate to view their complete profile. The candidate detail page is organized into tabs for easy navigation and comprehensive tracking:

Resume
View and manage all resumes associated with this candidate:
- Parsed resume data with structured information (skills, experience, education)
- Multiple resume versions if the candidate has uploaded more than one
- Download original resume files
Applications
Track all job applications submitted by this candidate:
- Job title and department for each application
- Current application status in the pipeline
- Match score showing how well the candidate fits the role
- Application date and quick link to view full application details
Interviews
Monitor all AI interviews assigned to this candidate:
- Interview template name and associated job
- Real-time status: Pending, In Progress, or Completed
- AI evaluation score with hiring recommendation
- Resend interview invitation or view detailed results
Timeline
Complete activity history for this candidate:
- Chronological list of all events (added, interview sent, completed, etc.)
- Status changes with timestamps and who made the change
- Full audit trail for compliance and review
Comments
Team collaboration and internal notes:
- Add internal notes and feedback about the candidate
- @mention team members to notify them and request input
- Threaded discussions for organized conversations

Use the Comments tab to leave notes and @mention team members for collaboration. All mentions will trigger email notifications to keep everyone in the loop.
