How AI Evaluation Works
Our AI evaluation system uses advanced natural language processing to analyze candidate video responses across multiple dimensions.
Transcription
The AI transcribes the candidate's video response into text with high accuracy, capturing words, phrases, and speech patterns.
Content Analysis
The transcript is analyzed against the expected answer points you defined in the interview template. The AI identifies key concepts, technical terms, and domain knowledge.
Communication Assessment
Beyond content, the AI evaluates clarity, structure, and coherence of the response. It assesses how well candidates organize their thoughts and communicate complex ideas.
Scoring
Each response receives a score (0-10) based on completeness, accuracy, and quality. Scores are aggregated to produce an overall interview score.
Evaluation Criteria
The AI evaluates candidates across several key dimensions:
Content Accuracy
Does the answer address the question? Are the facts and concepts correct? Does it cover the expected key points?
Depth of Knowledge
Does the candidate demonstrate deep understanding? Can they explain concepts in detail and provide examples?
Communication Clarity
Is the response well-structured and easy to follow? Does the candidate articulate ideas clearly?
Relevance
Does the candidate stay on topic? Is the answer focused and specific to the question asked?
Understanding Scores
Interview scores range from 0-100 and are categorized into performance levels:
Candidate demonstrates exceptional knowledge, clear communication, and comprehensive answers. Strong hire recommendation.
Candidate shows solid understanding with minor gaps. Effective communication. Good hire candidate worth considering.
Candidate has basic knowledge but shows gaps. May benefit from additional screening or skills assessment.
Candidate struggles with key concepts or communication. Not currently a fit for the role.
