Company Settings

Configure your company profile, branding, and public-facing settings to create a professional presence for candidates.

Overview

Company settings control how your organization appears to candidates and configure key aspects of your Hifinity account. Only users with admin or owner roles can modify these settings.

Company Profile

Your company profile information appears on your public careers page and in candidate communications:

Company Name

Your organization's official name as it will appear to candidates

Company Description

A brief description of your company that appears on your careers page. Include your mission, values, and what makes your company unique.

Contact Email

Primary contact email for candidate inquiries and system notifications

Phone Number

Optional contact phone number for your HR or recruiting team

Company Logo

Upload your company logo to brand your careers page and candidate communications:

Logo Requirements

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
  • Recommended size: 400x400 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Square aspect ratio works best

  • Your public careers page
  • Interview invitation emails
  • Candidate interview portal
  • Public job listings

Best Practice

Use a logo with a transparent background for the best appearance across different contexts. If your logo has a complex background, consider creating a simplified version for better display at smaller sizes.

Saving Changes

Changes to company settings are saved automatically as you make them. You'll see a confirmation message when changes are successfully saved.

Permissions

Company settings can only be modified by users with the following roles:

Owner
Full access to all settings
Administrator
Can modify company profile and branding
