When reviewing applications in Hifinity, you have access to comprehensive candidate information including their resume, AI match score, interview responses, and team feedback. This guide walks you through the review process to help you make data-driven hiring decisions.
Accessing Application Details
Click on any application from the Applications page to view the full details:
Candidate Information
View the candidate's name, email, phone number, and any additional information they provided
Resume & Documents
Download and review the candidate's uploaded resume and any supporting documents
Application History
See when they applied, status changes, and all interactions with this application

Understanding the AI Match Score
The AI match score provides an objective assessment of how well the candidate fits the role:

Reviewing Interview Results
For candidates who have completed AI interviews, you can review their responses:
Video/Audio Recordings
Watch or listen to the candidate's responses to each interview question. Recordings are organized by question for easy navigation.
AI Transcriptions
Read auto-generated transcripts of each response for quick review without watching the full recordings.
AI Evaluation & Score
Review the AI's assessment of each answer including strengths, areas for improvement, and an overall interview score with hiring recommendation.
