What AI Does NOT Do

AI does NOT autonomously reject or accept candidates
AI does NOT process personal data for purposes other than recruitment
Human review is always required before any hiring action
Candidate Rights
Every candidate processed through our platform has the following rights regarding AI:
Request Explanation
Candidates can request a clear explanation of how AI was used to assess their profile and what criteria were applied.
Request Human Review
Candidates can request that a human recruiter re-evaluate their application independently from the AI assessment.
Request Deletion
Candidates can request the complete deletion of their data, including all AI-generated assessments and scores.

Bias Mitigation
Our AI scoring is based on objective, job-relevant criteria only. We do not use personal characteristics (age, gender, ethnicity, disability) in any assessment. Scoring criteria are transparent and configurable by recruiters.
Human Oversight by Design
AI is a decision-support tool, never a decision-maker. Every AI output (scores, parsed data, transcriptions) is presented to human recruiters who make the final call. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.
Data Protection by Design
AI processing follows strict data minimisation principles. We only process data necessary for the recruitment task. All data is encrypted, stored in the EU, and never shared with third parties for AI training.
No Training on Your Data
Your candidate data is NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. We use OpenAI's API with strict data processing agreements that prohibit data retention by the AI provider. Your data stays yours.
