About This Role

Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development Identify, reach out to, and onboard brands that can benefit from Influencer marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries. Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches to attract potential brand partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and collaboration terms with brands. Continuously explore and secure sponsorships for events and campaigns. Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and Creators, ensuring their alignment with brand campaigns. Strategically match brands with the right KOLs and Creators to maximize engagement and sales performance. Handle conflict resolution and ensure satisfaction for both brands and creators. Event Planning & Sponsorships Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and promotional campaigns that involve brands, KOLs, and Creators. Secure sponsorships from brand partners to fund and support creator-driven events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and brand visibility. Measure and report on the success and impact of events. Internal Collaboration Work closely with the content team to develop brand-aligned marketing strategies. Coordinate with the agency’s sales and creative teams to ensure brand needs are met. Provide insights and feedback to improve the overall business development strategy. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, PR, or Account Management. Strong existing connections in various industries (Electronic Accessories, etc.). Experience working with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada marketing, influencer collaborations, or digital agencies is a plus. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and influencers. Strong organizational skills with experience in event planning and sponsorship acquisition. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
